Table lamp in Chinese Celadon porcelain and brass Maison Gagneau in Paris

Celadon porcelain table lamp formed from a vase, perhaps of Chinese manufacture, mounted as an oil lamp by the Parisian house Gagneau - the reservoir is fitted in the body of the vase - then with electricity. Old electrification to be brought up to standard; bottom of the vase missing to accommodate the tank; condition of the porcelain under the mount not guaranteed; traces of oxidation on the metal parts. Lampshade not provided unless delivered by hand.
