Notes
The bridge is a multi-span cable stayed bridge across lake Munksjön with a total length of 262.5 m divided into six spans of 43.75 m. The superstructure is composite and the pylons are made of steel. The central pylons are stabilized by a horizontal top stay. The stays are fabricated from high strength solid steel bars joined by couplers into the required length. The bridge currently carries two traffic lanes, two lanes for bicycles and two walkways, but the bridge is prepared for future widening to four traffic lanes. The bridge was installed by launching from one end.
