Purchased both Love my dog (dark and light) as a gift for our son. They have two labs each color. 1 yr old another 6 months. Love Willow pieces, well made, very appropriate for different occasions. They loved them. Touched their heart being pet lovers. Would purchase again. Demdaco delivery is on time and always packaged well. Kepted up to date on delivery. Bought this wonderful little figurine to honor my beloved rescue dog who is about to turn 10 years old, as the piece (which stands slightly over 3" tall) resembles him quite a bit. It will later serve as a wonderful memorial piece after his passing. It makes a nice addition to any bookshelf, coffee table, altar, or placed beside a favorite framed pet photo. This piece also comes in a light color as well (which is a golden color) and looks just like my former yellow Labrador Retriever who holds a very special place in my heart, so I'll be getting the light/golden version to memorialize her too. Comes packaged in a nice, protective gift box specifically designed for this item. Reasonably priced. A great item for anyone with a beloved dog, especially a larger dog --- or a special gift for that special veterinarian, shelter worker, or rescue worker.

My family and I have been collecting Willow Tree figurines since we were engaged, then married and when we started a family. After a recent addition of a puppy, I looked and hoped and was thrilled to discover a light Labrador, just like the one we had adopted. Thank you Willow Tree for such a beautiful collection.

I had to say goodbye to my Buddy Taylor. We'd been through a lot together. But on the 5th cancer, it finally took him. So I wanted something to go by his ashes in memory of him. I was drawn to it. It was the last one in shop. Was ment to be. Taylor passed on 12/06/23 aged 14 1/2y R.I.P.
