iQOO Pad2 series launch date and key specs confirmed
The iQOO Pad2 series is launching on May 31 as confirmed by the brand’s official website. We’re expecting two tablets with the Pad2 powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 and a Pad2 Pro featuring MediaTek’s recently announced Dimensity 9300+ chip.
We also got more spec details for both devices. Pad2 features a 12.1-inch LCD with a 1,968 x 2,800px resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It will be offered in several RAM/storage trims including 8/128GB, 8/256GB, and 12/512GB. We also get confirmation of a 10,000 mAh battery with 44W charging, an 8MP rear camera, and a 5MP selfie cam.

Pad2 Pro opts for a larger 13.1-inch panel with 2,064 x 3,096px resolution and 144Hz refresh rate and an 11,500 mAh battery with 66W charging. The Pro model will be offered with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. It also gets a 13MP rear cam and an 8MP front-facing shooter.

simply because it does not have 5G sim. it is simply a lower spec of the low spec iPad

Lenovo did it with their Xiaoxin Pad Pro 2022 (Chinese variant, Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC) aka Lenovo Tab P11 Pro Gen 2 (Global variant, MediaTek Kompanio 1300T SoC). Sales were not great.
