'Taken' star Maggie Grace is truly taken! (See the ring - and the guy)

Lost star Maggie Grace was all sweet smiles at Wednesday night's Global Green USA's pre-Oscar bash in Hollywood. And with good reason. She's in love!

Grace announced her engagement to writer/director Matthew Cooke mere hours before the party.



The two snuggled and murmured throughout the night at the eco-minded event.

When we asked to see the ring, Grace told us, "It's an antique. It's from 1810."

As for setting a date? Don't ask that. It's too soon. "We're just enjoying being engaged," said Grace.

She's enjoying it so much that she went on to participate in the charity auction portion of the evening, placing a winning $3000 bid on an organic mattress.

They'll enjoy that, too!
