So my truck doesn’t have a suspension dump valve. I was able to find a dump valve off another Cascadia but I need help figuring out what the port marked dump pilot port means.

I got the switch, I can get the valve now. Just want to make sure I have everything I need before I tear things down.

    2013 Cascadia DD15 dumpless rig.

Air applied to the dump pilot port dumps the bag air to exhaust. Air off, they reinflate.

Also check the wiring and air lines

My truck (prestar) has 2 air servos under the cab on the frame hooked together... 1 to dump and 1 to air up..
You may also need to have the body controller reprogrammed so the switch will even work

    LoneRanger Thanks this.

    #### electronic trucks you are right. The switch has a plug, for what I don’t know. I think I should look for a manual switch.

more than likely your trucks factory wiring has the plug in the dash for the switch...

Truck makers most of the time only have 1 wiring harness for all the trucks....

My prostar has a block under the cab..
All of them have the same block if it has the dump value thay just plug on the 2 servos.... if not those 2 are empty

I’ll take a look at it when I have a chance. But my issue would be is that I now need 2 servos, and truck reprogrammed. Costing way more than let’s say a manual switch.
