The youngest victim of the London Bridge terrorist attack slipped on her high heels in the rain and was stabbed to death along with the passerby who had tried to help her up.
Sara Zelenak, 21, an Australian au pair, had been having drinks with her friend Priscila Goncalves after getting the night off at the last minute.
Ms Goncalves told the inquest into the attacks that she and Ms Zelenak were walking down the steps from the bridge to a bar at Southwark Cathedral when they heard a loud crash and went to see what had happened.
As they fled Ms Zelenak, who was wearing black heeled sandals, may have lost her balance and fallen over on the wet pavement, the court was told.
