Description
This recipe is for a molded salad of lime jello, pineapple, and other ingredients. It makes a great follow up lab to my Soup, Salads, and Sandwiches Powerpoint. I usually divide the class and have some make a tossed, arranged, mixed, and molded salad, then invite a few administrators in during the last half of class for a "salad sampler" plate.
