About Luke
WHO I AM...
PRODUCER
I earned my first credit as an associate segment producer for the Fox series "Police Videos." I've since gone on to lend a hand in producing three independent features: VAMPIRE WINTER, a horror film with elements of the spy genre; ANDY PARIS: BUBBLEGUM KING, a historical documentary; and XENOPHOBIA, a sci-fi anthology. I've also produced two shorts under my Inner Sanctum Films banner: SPECTRAL WIND, a supernatural drama, and PETE & RE-PETE, a zombie comedy.
DIRECTOR
I co-directed the aforementioned SPECTRAL WIND with my partner, Elizabeth Lloyd.
PROFESSOR
Currently, I teach courses in screenwriting and television writing in the greater Austin, Texas area.
SCRIPT CONSULTANT
As a story analyst for HBO, Ratpac Entertainment (Brett Ratner) and Phoenix Pictures (Mike Medavoy), I critiqued the works of J.J. Abrams, Ron Bass, Elmore Leonard and David Mamet, to name but a few.
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
At Inner Sanctum Films, the production company owned by me and my wife Martha, I'm responsible for acquiring and/or generating high concept source material that can be turned into feature films, shorts and web-based series.
WRITER (last but not least)
From an early age, this is what I've wanted to be. I started off writing short stories and nonfiction pieces based on the oral traditions handed down in my family. Then the film bug bit me, hard, and I've been focusing on writing for a visual medium ever since.

Andy Paris: Bubblegum King (

Film (Documentary) Producer This is the documentary of Andrew J. Paris, the first businessman to mass produce bubblegum after World War II. He became an overnight, international success and was dubbed "The Bubble Gum King of America" by Life Magazine in 1947...but his reign was short. Andy's fame took him to Hollywood, where he befriended rising stars like Natalie Wood and Marilyn Monroe. He made appearances on the most popular radio shows of the day, and his face appeared in newspapers all over the world. Film (Comedy, Horror, Romance and Short) Writer Female friends Aisa and Mona move into the former home of Joe Fitzsimmons, a deceased womanizing politician from the JFK era. Mona finds one of Joe's old campaign buttons, and her inadvertent "magical" touch revives Joe's ghost. Joe proceeds to romance both Mona and Aisa, but neither woman knows that the ghost is seeing the other one behind her back. Film (Action and Drama) Art department On the eve of a big US-Japan trade summit, a reporter gets a hot tip that the Japanese-American head of a big aerospace firm will be selling trade secrets to a Japanese contact. Intent on getting a scoop, the reporter hires private investigator John Blaylock to help her find out just what information is being handed over. In the course of snooping, the pair are discovered, but not before they learn that the Japanese contact is a member of the Yakuza. When the aerospace executive turns up dead after an apparent suicide, the investigators realize that some very big secrets are being kept by some very important people.
