Dalby quarry is an easily accessible and nice dive site that is suitable for all types of divers. As the maximum depth in the fracture never exceeds 8 meters, it is well suited for beginners. Getting started is easiest in the small bay just below the hill that goes down from the parking lot. Here is a foundation, sloping sandy bottom and a small jetty to lay equipment on. Diving in Dalby quarries usually takes place along the edges of the quarry. Here are steeply sloping stone ramparts that encircle the qurray, and this is where everything interesting is found. Further into the quarry you will find a smooth deep bottom.
Littering is a major problem around the quarry, especially during the summer months. Landowners appreciate if divers want to help pick up some debris while diving.
