Natalie is a warm and compassionate psychologist who supports adults and older adolescents with their mental health and wellbeing.

Natalie has a special interest in supporting parents during the perinatal period, which for many is a transformational stage of life filled with joy, excitement, anxiety, overwhelm, and sometimes despair.

Natalie is neuro and gender affirming, and has a background in public mental health, drug and alcohol counselling, and private practice. She draws from a range of evidence-based interventions to address issues such as low mood, anxiety, relationship and attachment difficulties, eating disorders, grief and loss, and drug and alcohol dependencies.  She is trauma-informed, and supports skill development in emotional regulation, resilience, and communication skills.

As a provisional member of the Fertility Society of Australia and New Zealand (ANZICA), Natalie offers counselling support during fertility treatment, and donor conception implications counselling.  Natalie also provides assessment and counselling for bariatric and cosmetic surgery procedures.
