Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly’s relationship has been a source of public fascination since the beginning, but now Fox is revealing certain personal, painful details for the first time.
During her promotional tour for her new book of poetry, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, Fox told Good Morning America that she had suffered a miscarriage while she was with MGK. “I’ve never been through anything like that in my life,” Fox said. “I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us, and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately…trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’”
This is by far the most personal story Fox has shared publicly about her occasionally tumultuous relationship with MGK. After years of PDA and TMI on red carpets, social media, and publicity tours, Fox and MGK seemed to take an abrupt pause on their relationship in 2023. Fox first sparked breakup rumors when she unfollowed Kelly on Instagram in February, and rumors that MGK had been having an affair soon followed. But then, months later, the pair were seen holding hands once again, and insiders began reporting that the relationship was back on.
Megan Fox seemed to hint at this emotional roller coaster in her GMA interview, describing herself and MGK as “together and apart, together and apart, together and apart.”
It’s a good reminder that nobody ever knows what’s going on in other people’s relationships.
