For the fifth time in the 23-year history of the Skytrax World Airline Awards, Singapore Airlines won as the top airline in 2023.

The announcement was made at a gala event in the Air and Space Museum during the Paris Air Show taking place from June 19 to 25.

“This award is a testament to the indomitable spirit of our people, who worked tirelessly and made many sacrifices to ensure that SIA was ready for the recovery in air travel,” Goh Choon Phong, chief executive officer of Singapore Airlines, said. “That has allowed us to emerge stronger and fitter from the pandemic as a leading international airline.”
