This is an original hand-painted animation Cel used in the 1960s cartoon series.

The colour painted acetate is painted on the reverse to achieve the classic flat animation look. The pencil drawing on the backing sheet is also original.

Many people separate these Cels from their paper backings.

The label on the reverse of the plastic envelope explains it was used in the title ‘Red Rackham’s Treaure’ in 1963.
