All items are carefully packed and shipped within 1-4 business days (Monday to Friday) as Standard - Registered shipping with tracking number and signature upon delivery.

Registered Mail requires signature upon delivery. If no one is home to receive it, the postal worker will leave a note that a delivery attempt was made. After that, the carrier returns the package to the nearest post office at which it will be available for collection.

If an order is returned to us due to reasons beyond our control (such as an incorrect address or unclaimed package), we can resend it to you for an additional shipping fee. A refund can be given excluding shipping costs.
