The heatpack, styrofoam, insulation are all very well placed with great care. Communication was a breeze as the team always respond to our request. The price and fish selection is also very nice. There was some DOA from our order of the Platies due to long travelling distance from FL to here, but the team resolved immediately. Please consider the Koi Komp team!!!
