(Wraps are not printed with a price.) The cover-boards beneath the wraps, though lightly scratched, are clean & bright. Corners are lightly bumped. The hinges on both sides that parallel the spine are creased. The spine is also creased but also tight & firm—with bumped tips. Text-block edges are fine. Pages are pointedly clean & bright—with no writing, no underlining, no highlighting, no foxing, no staining, no tears/rips, no foul odor, etc. The creases on the spine & on the hinge indicate that this copy was opened—and looked at it. This was the most lovingly packaged item I have ever recieved. The books were wrapped with such care that I felt like I was opening a gift from a close friend as I unwrapped it. Included in the package was a handwritten postcard wishing me well and two Detroit Tigers baseball cards (very thoughtful, as I live in Detroit) - totally unsolicited.
