If, like me, you were a major Harry Potter fan growing up, you love it every time one of the franchise's core actors step out. Especially as they all tend to lead lives that see them stepping out from the spotlight as often as possible.
So, I was pretty happy to see pictures of Emma Watson on a trip to Paris. The actor was attending the Schiaparelli show for Paris Fashion Week, where she also debuted a new hair look. Well, I say new, but the last time Emma was spotted at a major event was mid-March so while it may not be completely salon-fresh, it’s new to me.
As a reminder, here’s what Emma’s hair looked like during her last red-carpet appearance at the 2022 BAFTAs, where she sported longer, wavy hair and the front sections were pinned back:
And here she was at yesterday’s fashion show, where her hair is noticeable shorter:
In fact, it appears that Emma has had her hair chopped into a super chic French girl bob, complete with lots of choppy layers for volume and texture. She’s also sporting subtle curtain bangs that are blended into the layers, which give her whole 60s-inspired hairstyle a modern update.
To finish the look, she sported an incredible oversized blazer as she watched the show alongside Euphoria’s Hunter Schafer and singer Rina Sawayama.
