"During lively sharing moments of the Sunday meal with your family, it is good to open our Champagne Premier Cru Brut, for the greatest pleasure of your guests. Thus, uncorking this cuvée of Jules Pierlot for these unforgettable moments of joy and good humor throughout a dinner will surprise and impress your guests. It is strongly recommended to fill the glasses only halfway or, at most, two-thirds full, and to keep them at the chosen level by topping them up frequently so that the spectacle of the joyful rise of the bubbles can be permanent. This attention transforms a good meal prepared with love around a Sunday chicken, a white meat stew, and also world cuisine and seafood, shellfish, fish, and even a cheese platter. To appreciate this cuvée of Champagne Premier Cru Brut, a tasting temperature between 8 and 10°C is recommended." —winemaker

Blend: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay
Wine Anthology review: The Grand Brut is the perfect introduction to Perrier-Jouët's range, featuring the House's signature Chardonnay-driven character at a great price. Although Grand Brut is a non-vintage blend, Perrier-Jouët ages this Champagne for three years in its chalk cellars underneath the estate so that all the individual components come together before release. This is a wonderfully balanced Champagne with notes of poached pear, grilled pineapple, apricot nectar, and honey that dance with toasted brioche and smoke, closing with a silky finish.
"Brut Imperial Rose is a blend of the three wine varieties, with an emphasis on Pinot Noir, embodying a fruity and daring character. Rose with shades of copper. This Champagne displays lively, expressive, aromas dominated by the scent of wild strawberries. It is full-bodied, with zestful, assertive fruitiness." —winemaker
"The Carte d'Or cuvée is the very expression of the Drappier style. With its very high proportion of Pinot Noir, one is almost tasting a Blanc de Noirs. Champagne with a fine aromatic richness, it opens with aromas of stoned fruits such as white vineyard peach. A spicy hint announces a powerful complex palate. A vinous Champagne of lovely complexity with a characteristic note of quince jelly." —winemaker
"The most "classical" of the Deutz cuvees is far from mundane. The three different champagne grapes are blended in equal and unchanging proportions, ensuring it shows perfect harmony. Its golden color scintillates in the glass, with a fine stream of bubbles rising gracefully to the surface. The first impressions on the nose are mellow and reminiscent of acacia flowers, confectionery, Reinette apples, and brioche. The wine then gains in volume and its silky texture reveals a successful balance between the freshness of Chardonnay, the fruitiness and structure of Pinot Noir and a touch of vinosity from the Pinot Meunier." —winemaker
