Over the last decade I have had various positions at H&M. I have had the opportunity to travel the world. I also had the opportunity to live and work abroad. During this time, I have met so many people with different backgrounds and different cultures. All individuals are different, they have different work experience, different childhood upbringing, different family constellations, different traumas. If we open our minds and accept that we are different and instead trying to embrace our differences and see them as an asset we can create magic. I have been involved in so many store projects that I lost count. One thing that I do remember is the great teamwork, entrepreneurial spirit, competency, contribution, creativity, curiosity, fun, responsibility, and ownership. None of the projects would have happened without these ingredients.

So, what does the above have to do with me? Well, I tend to be very curious. I love to travel, explore cultures, and meet new people that can give me insights about myself and share a different perspective of the world. Afterall its seven billion different views out there. I also love to challenge myself. It might sound ridiculous to others that its rewarding to hike up a mountain for five hours and then ski down a steep north face in just 15 minutes but sometimes you just need to put in a strong effort before the reward “earn your turn”.
