Undulatus asperatus clouds

I was walking my dogs at sunrise near the Bay of Fundy when I glanced up and saw these clouds. They were unlike any I had ever seen before, almost like painted ocean waves, outlined with black. They were startling, and a little scary. I discovered later that these rare clouds had recently been placed in a category of their own.
