Emilia Clarke told off a facialist who said she ‘needed fillers’ at 28

Not even Emilia Clarke is immune to Hollywood pressure to tinker with her face.

The “Game of Thrones” star, 34, revealed in an interview with Elle UK that she once shut down a facialist who told her she “needed fillers” before she’d even turned 30.

“I showed her the door,” she said. “I was literally just like, ‘get out.’ Her exact words were, ‘Then, you can have your face back.’ At that point I was 28.”

The actress added, “I work in an industry where I’ve got to move my face, and I’ve got to be expressive, and you can’t light filler … you look shiny and strange.”

Clarke said she takes her beauty cues from her mother, who has “never had any work done.”

But as for Botox, the star isn’t ruling it out just yet.

“I’ve never had it because I’m petrified, and I definitely don’t want it now, but I’m not saying I won’t want it later,” she revealed, adding that she doesn’t like how “normal” cosmetic procedures have become.

And while the Clinique ambassador swears by products like the brand’s Moisture Surge Hydrator ($41) to take care of her skin in the meantime, don’t expect to see her trying outlandish treatments anytime soon.

“The most ridiculous skincare tip I’ve got? I mean Goop … I love her, love me a bit of Gwynnie [Paltrow], but I think there is a limit to certain things where you’re like ‘now it’s just getting a bit silly,’” Clarke said.
