McKayla Maroney has a message for her online critics:Â Stop following, please.
After a sexy video of the former Olympic gymnast dancing around in a tank top and a black thong surfaced on her Instagram page Sunday, the 21-year-old confirmed to her 1.2 million followers she wasn’t the victim of a social media hack.
“i didn’t get hacked. unfollow if u need to. all love,” Maroney posted.
Maroney has come a long way since stealing the show at the 2012 Olympics with her infamous “unimpressed” face after being awarded the silver medal for her vaulting performance. She announced her retirement from gymnastics last summer, revealing her aspirations to become a pop star.
Maroney shot down accusations of a hack in September 2014, after alleged nude images of the gymnast were leaked online. She later called the photos fake.
“the fake photos of me are crazy!! was trying to rise above it all, and not give ‘the creator’ the time of day,” Maroney tweeted.
