It has finally been revealed that Akon has four wives. He has never disclosed the figure leaving it to speculation.
Well one of his wives in an interview with a US blogger said that he has four wives. Amirror spoke to Rie Wit The Tea where she told how he manages his four households.
Rie asked how many wives he has as "Its rumored that I won't say rumored, coz its actually factual that African men a lot of them have multiple wives. So are you one of many, one of plenty?"
She responded, "I'm definitely one of...everybody wants to know this number and I don't know why my husband doesn't say it but it's one of four. Akon has four wives." she disclosed showing four fingers.
What about another secret wife she doesn't know about?
"Anybody after that four, baby ain't no more FACTS," Amirror retorted.
One of the wives is African she went on, "Like we are in Atlanta, we are in LA, we are in Africa as well."
Rie said, "OK, so I have a question, since he has four wives how would you feel if he cheated outside the relationship?"
Amirror said that he's Muslim and allowed many wives, "I mean it's in the book of life, you can look in the Quran."
Rie then asked if he is able to sleep with all four to keep it together. Amirror nodded her head in confirmation saying "All four of us yeah".
"So what if he stepped out on the four of you, like on the sisterhood?" Rie said not backing down.
"See like me when it comes to me, when it comes to him stepping out, I'm not speaking out on anybody else, coz I don't know what they say, I don't know what they go through, we all have different households we all have different lifestyles and obviously me, I'm the only one that has the biggest entertainer, because I'm the biggest type sh* one you get what I'm saying, I'm doing it for us all."
What does she mean 'doing it for us all?' Amirror explained, "We don't have to see each other, so we don't have to be cool with each other."
Amirror herself does not have kids with Akon. "They don't have to be like me to accept me is what I'm saying. What I'm saying is none of us have problems with each other, we all worry about our own issues.'
Akon is the type of man he knows how to ..its not manipulation, it's just you ain't gotta f* with him. I was raised in a Muslim home from my father so this is our culture you know."
The two also spoke of side chicks who prey on married men because they are broke.
"They really trying to figure out a way and they see what my husband is doing for me and they want to be elevated in my opinion, but as per the world, many woman are out here getting cheated on and knowing their man is cheating on them in a committed relationship and what they do is they just accept it but guess what? You don't have to be Muslim to be in a polygamy relationship."
