| Published on March 10, 2022

Facebook has become one of the leading social media platforms in the world. It is no longer used to just connect with your friends and loved ones but has become a hub for businesses to use as a marketing channel.

Facebook went through an extensive rebranding recently and is now referred to as Meta which is now known as the parent organization of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, among other subsidiaries.

Mark Zuckerberg had cofounded Facebook in 2004. Since then he has been the CEO of the company and has successfully become of the leading executives in the world. As per Forbes, Zuckerberg’s net worth is $97 Billion.

But did you know that Facebook was founded by 5 people including Mark Zuckerberg? While we keep reading about him, let us take a look at what the other four founders have been doing since they left Facebook.

Andrew McCollum

Eduardo Saverin

Eduardo Saverin was one of the closest friends of Mark Zuckerberg. Their current equation is debatable, however, in 2012, he owned 53 million Facebook shares, valued at approximately $2 billion at the time. After Facebook, he continued his career as an investor and has made 25 investments in 17 companies to date.
