It is an excellent source of vitamin C and fiber, which can help in weight loss and reducing cholesterol levels. The presence of antioxidants in pomelo makes it effective in fighting against free radicals and can also have anti-aging properties,” she says.

She added, “Consuming pomelo regularly can support heart health by reducing the risk of heart diseases. Pomelo also uplifts liver function as it contains carbohydrates and vitamin C, which aid in improving immunity.
