Bloomed faster than I could plant

I bought this rose for my wife who is dying of Multiple Myeloma. The blossoms are fragrant and pretty. When my wife has a lucid moment, she enjoys the flowers. I highly recommend this to any gardener.

Such a vigorous grower!

My Crown Princess Margareta was part of my first shipment from Heirloom Roses, with a James Galway. She went in the ground on 15 May 2023 and is doing *spectacularly* well. It was completely de-foliated for shipping, where my James Galway had 3 leaves. Since this was my first go at roses I was quite nervous, as I've heard roses are finicky, and sometimes even frustrating. I made sure that I watched all of Heirloom Roses how-to videos; they helped TREMENDOUSLY and actually saved me from a grave first mistake---using granular flower food straight away! Despite my nerves, the rose took to its new home in my garden at my home in Northport Harbor, NY, and as of today, 7 June 2023, has grown an absurd amount. If I hadn't done my own planting, I would think my gardener was pulling my leg, that's how much this rose has grown in this short of a period of time. I would like to mention here that I purchased Heirloom's soil amendment grow kit, to amend my soil, which I did according to the instructional videos; I'm sure this is aiding in this already vigorous rose's growth. The foliage on my plant is in the process of darkening, but the number of new leaves is simply staggering. My first experience with roses has been extremely pleasant, and productive, thanks to Heirloom Roses. Sto lat!

Gorgeous!

I am in MD, Zone 7a. Summer 2020, I bought 5 roses from Heirloom. Crown Princess Margareta, Eden, Don Juan, Queen of Sweden and Jude the Obscure. Each one of them bloomed beautifully last year. CPM has tons of buds right now (May 2021) and had first set of blooms yesterday.. looks gorgeous!
