When to repot?

What’s up with my spider plant? It never used to be this pale green.

So I was repotting my spider plant today and a couple little shoots fell out as I was removing old soil. So I finished the repot and dipped the little shoots in some rooting stuff and stuck them in a little pot. I wasn’t planning on anything like this, but I’d like to see it grow !!

Is my spider plant safe if eaten by my cats?

I got advised to add rocks and minimize the amount of water directly on the leaves. This is what I came up with. I even threw in one of my Tiger Eye stones for luck and positivity 💚
