I think 「いくちゅ」 is just baby talk , Noona just treating Katyusha like a child ~ (that just y guess)
That was my first guess too and I am just making up words, but that wouldn't explain the missing two bubbles. Maybe it was as simple as there are at least three different meanings for the "naru" verb when written in kana and the translator left it pending for later.
I think you're right. I found several examples on Google where the answer was something like 37ちゃい instead of 37さい. I'll throw something up there, although I'm not the most familiar with how young kids talk or are talked to, so feel free to change it.
My guess is she misspoke and the translator couldn't structure the pun.
