"Fish-Graal" glass vase which was popular name for this technique. It is virtually spherical with a small cavity, or pea-green glass cased with clear glass. The design is of fish swimming amongst weeds. Graal is named after the Holy Grail.

Materials and techniques
The green glass was flashed with dark brown glass which was then cut away by engraving or acid-etching to leave the fish design. The whole was then cased with the final clear glass outer layer.

Vase, of glass in green and clear, "Fish Graal" technique,designed by Edward Hald in 1936, made by Orrefors, Sweden 1952-53.
