The serial number dates this guitar to 1982.
Precursor to the Sonex.
Retaining strap inside the case is free on one end.
All electronics function 100%
This is a GK-55 Artist made in the Kalamazoo plant shortly before Gibson moved all production down South. It features a bolt on neck and a Moog active preamp. It shows a fair amount of play wear. The controls are vol/vol/bass/treble with a three way switch and a bright switch.
