Previous measurements have shown that the away-side yield is suppressed in heavy-ion collisions. We present measurements of the away-side suppression as a function of transverse momentum and centrality in Cu+Cu and Au+Au collisions.
Finally, combining all of the above scaling and normalizations, we observe a near-universal scaling, with the exception of the Cu+Cu data at 62.4 GeV, of vsub2/sub/(nsubq/sub∙????????Nsup1/3/supsubpart/sub) vs KEsubT/sub/n
We study the beam-energy and system-size dependence of ? meson production (using the hadronic decay mode ? → K+K−) by comparing the new results from Cu + Cu collisions and previously reported Au + Au collisions at √s{sub NN} = 62.4 ...
Recent data from RHIC suggest novel nuclear effects in the production of high p{sub T} hadrons. We present results from the STAR detector on high p{sub T} angular correlations in Au+Au and p+p collisions at (square root)S = 200 GeV/c.
Measurements of anisotropic flow of inclusive charged hadrons and identified +-p, +-K, p and ̄ p produced at midrapidity in asymmetric Cu+Au collisions at sqrt(sNN) = 200 GeV are presented.
In this study, dihadron correlations are analyzed in \(\sqrt{s_{\mathrm{NN}}}=200\) GeV d+Au collisions classified by forward charged particle multiplicity and zero-degree neutral energy in the Au-beam direction.
