We set 95% confidence level upper limits on the production cross section times branching fraction. For the first time, we set limits for arbitrary combinations of left- and right-handed couplings of the W′ boson to fermions.
We present new limits on resonant tb production in ppbar collisions at sqrt(s) = 1.96 TeV, using 1.9 fb−1 of data recorded with the CDF II detector at the Fermilab Tevatron.
If new heavier W's and/or Z's are discovered at the SSC, only partial information on their couplings to quarks and leptons can be obtained by studying their decays into electrons and muons.
