Servilia had a son named Marcus Junius Brutus (85 BCE to 42 BCE). The Greek biographer Plutarch hints that Brutus was the illegitimate son of Julius Caesar, a result of this long-time affair. Caesar would have been 15 at the time Brutus was born. Many historians also think that Brutus was Caesar's biological son.

Caesar is most distressed by Brutus' participation since he believes Brutus to be his friend. As Brutus stabs him, Caesar gives up. He dies brokenhearted at his friend's betrayal, saying: ''Et tu, Brute?

As an eager mouthpiece for The Capitol, his fate remains unknown following the successful revolution at the conclusion of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2. Presumably, he's executed alongside the other former elites, but a definitive answer remains unknown.

In his will Caesar formally adopted Augustus as his son and identified him as his chief personal heir.
