Abstract
Description
基板部10に植毛19を設けてなる歯ブラシ部11を、その基板部10を歯ブラシ柄4,5,6の先端部に設けた筒部7,8,9に嵌めて取り付ける構成の歯ブラシ1,2,3であって、前記基板部10は、その環状凸部15,16、17又は凹部12,13、14を筒部7,8,9の環状凹部12,13、14又は凸部15,16、17に相互の弾性変形を利用して係合する構成とした歯ブラシ柄4,5,6において、前記基板部10と筒部7,8,9の嵌め合いを、前記基板部10の歯ブラシ柄4,5,6方向の凸部17又は凹部14と前記筒部7,8,9の歯ブラシ柄4,5,6方向の凹部14又は凸部17との間で行う構造としたことを特徴とする歯ブラシである。
上記記載の通り、歯ブラシ柄の先端部に設けられている歯ブラシ部装着用筒部は、棒状の歯ブラシ先端部分の棒状の支点の先に厚みが薄く楕円形状に形成されるため、使用中割たり、筒部が左右に首振りしたり、寒中割れたり、折れたりした場合に口膣内で怪我が生じる危険性があり、そのため、歯ブラシ柄に使用されるプラスチック材料の種類は、プラスチック材料の種類の中でも硬質材料を用いず、割れたり折れたりしない、例えば、弾性を有するポリプロピレン等の柔軟性を有する材料等いることが好ましい。
以下本発明の実施例2の形態を図7から図12に基づき説明する。
以下本発明の実施例3の図13から図18に基づき説明する。
図13は、先端部に装着用筒部7を設けた歯ブラシ1の歯ブラシ柄4の平面図である。歯ブラシ柄4の先端部内側側面21及び22は、左右側面の凸部15,16,17が湾曲状に形成されている図3の歯ブラシ部11を装着可能な湾曲状に形成されている筒部7である。尚、双方に歯ブラシ1を使用中、歯ブラシ先端部が左右に首振り防止用としての凹凸部14,17を設けられている。
図15は、20は、基板部10底部周囲に前記記載の筒部7に歯ブラシ部11を装着したとき突き抜け防止用のストッパーであり、また、左右先端部の15,16,17は湾曲状に形成されている凸部である。特に17は歯ブラシ部先端部が左右に首振り防止用の凸部17である。19は植毛された状態であり、歯ブラシ部11に首振り防止用の湾曲状凸部15,16,17を一体化して設けられて側面図である。
図17は、図16の底面図である。10は基板部、1は、歯ブラシ、4は歯ブラシ柄である。20は、前記記載で説明されているストッパーであり、19は植毛、14は、歯ブラシ柄4に、歯ブラシ部11を、装着し使用したとき首振り防止用として基板部10と、歯ブラシ柄に設けられている凹凸部14、17の状態を示している。
図19は、先端部に装着用筒部7を設けた歯ブラシ1の歯ブラシ柄4の平面図である。歯ブラシ柄4の先端部内側側面21及び22は、左右側面の凸部15,16,17が、くの字状に形成されている図3の歯ブラシ部11を装着可能な、くの字状に形成されている筒部7である。尚、双方に歯ブラシ1を使用中、歯ブラシ先端部が左右に首振り防止用としての凹凸部14,17を設けられている。
図25は、先端部に装着用筒部7を設けた歯ブラシ1の歯ブラシ柄4の平面図である。歯ブラシ柄4の先端部内側側面21及び22は、左右側面の凸部15,16,17が、くの字状に形成されている図3の歯ブラシ部11を装着可能な、くの字状に形成されている筒部7である。尚、双方に歯ブラシ1を使用中、歯ブラシ先端部が左右に首振り防止用としての凹凸部14,17を設けられている。
図31は、先端部に装着用筒部7を設けた歯ブラシ1の歯ブラシ柄4の平面図である。歯ブラシ柄4の先端部内側側面21及び22は、左右側面の凸部15,16,17が、くの字状に形成されている図3の歯ブラシ部11を装着可能な、くの字状に形成されている筒部7である。尚、双方に歯ブラシ1を使用中、歯ブラシ先端部が左右に首振り防止用としての凹凸部14,17を設けられている。
尚、上記図37から図46までの筒部8及び歯ブラシ部11の側面は湾曲状に形成されている。
図53は、歯ブラシ3であり、6は歯ブラシ柄である。そして、歯ブラシ柄6の先端部に歯ブラシ部装着用の筒部9歯ブラシ柄6に凸部16を設けられている平面図である。21,22は筒部9の側面である。
図61は、図53の筒部9に装着する歯ブラシ部11の側面図である。10は、基板部、11は、歯ブラシ部、15,16は湾曲状の凸部であり、20は、装着したときの突き抜け防止用のストッパーである。そして19は、植毛した状態を示している。
図64は、図57の歯ブラシ部11を図53の筒部9に装着した状態のときのD−D’方向中央断面を示す図である。6は、歯ブラシ3の歯ブラシ柄であり、10は基板部、11は、歯ブラシ部である。さらに、歯ブラシ柄6の内側側面は凹部12、13は湾曲状に設けられており、歯ブラシ部11左右先端部も凸部15,16も同様に湾曲状に設けられている。20は、歯ブラシ部11を前記記載の筒部9装着時突き抜け防止用のストッパーであり、19は植毛である。

Claims (1)
- 基板部10に植毛19を設けてなる歯ブラシ部11を、その基板部10を歯ブラシ柄4,5,6の先端部に設けた筒部7,8,9に嵌めて取り付ける構成の歯ブラシ1,2,3であって、前記基板部10は、その環状凸部15,16,17又は凹部12,13、14を筒部7,8,9の環状凹部12,13、14又は凸部15,16、17に相互の弾性変形を利用して係合する構成とした歯ブラシ1,2,3において、前記基板部10と筒部7,8,9の嵌め合いを、前記基板部10の歯ブラシ柄4,5,6方向の凸部17又は凹部14と前記筒部7,8,9の歯ブラシ柄4,5,6方向の凹部14又は凸部17との間で行う構造としたことを特徴とする歯ブラシ。
