Abstract
Seaming tool bringing simplicity and speed to the seaming processes in deep locations during surgeries. The device was set up by winding arm (1) until the barrel lock (2) comes parallel to the barrel (3). The trigger (5) is pressed till to the end. The needle arm (6) advances forward and is pushed upwards. The needle (8) penetrates the tissue placed between tip of needle (8) and the barrel (3) and exits from the hole on the winding arm (1) and hits the spring on the winding arm (1). During this movement of winding arm (1), it passes between the cord and needle (8). The trigger (5) is completely released returning to its previous situation, the needle (8) releases the tissue and returns its previous situation. While the tip of the cord in situation pressed inside the barrel (3) is taken back it is drawn with the device and hence the seaming has been achieved.
Description
DESCRIPTION
a) Title -of Invention : Universal seaming tool. b) Technical field that the invention is interrelated and known situation of technique : The inventio shall be used in all operations or surgeries to be performed on humans and animals. In present situation there are no similar devices used in such operations. In practice, the seaming process -is -realized by -drawing the end of the needle by another toll by direct visualization of the end of this material after the seaming material is passed tjirough tissue by the aid -of the -needle. c) Technical problems that the invention aims to solve : To eliminate problems related drawing the end of the needle by another tool -by direct visualization of the end of this material in seaming procedures performed in deep places , to simplify seaming process and -to -speed the seaming process up. d) Description of Figures : Figure 1 : Side view of device Figure 2 : Front view of barrel Figure 3 : Top view of Handle Bridge Figure 4 : Side view of barrel

The handle (4) is grasped ond the-trigger (5) -is pressed till to the end. The needle arm
6^ advances forward the needle arm -made -up of two parts connected together with a screΛV from 5 cm. part to the tip. The screwing system provides adjustment of length of this arrr The -tip of the needle {8) is -pushed -upwards during this motion parallel to the barrel thanks to the specially designed barrel bridge (7). It penetrates the tissue through which seam placed betwee -tip -of -needle (8) and -the barrel (3) and exit from the hole on the barrel (3) and hits the large part at the end of barrel lock (2) located across its path. As a -result of release of barrel lock (2) fro -the hole on the winding arm (1), the winding spring (9) on the winding arm (1) hits the winding arm (1) forward. During -this forward movement of winding aim (-1), while the winding arm passes tangent to the needle (8) whose tip is specially designed, it passes between the cord and needle {-8) and keeps this position (the cord -is attached). The trigger (5) is completely released. While trigger (5) returns to its previous situation due to reaction of the ribbon -sprin -(1-0) on the holder, the needle (8) releases the tissue and returns its previous situation in this case one end of the cord was caught within the barrel (3) by the arm (1). The devices -is -taken -slowly back with both ends of the cord are inside the device. Hence the seaming is achieved (Ppress-Release-Draw). At ;the -end of -process the device is withdrawn by grasping the holder (4) without touching anywhere and at the end of work, the trigger lock (11) is locked by advancing it towards the bottom. -The trigger lock (-1-1) aiming protection of tip of needle (8) prevents uncontrolled motion of lock (11) while the trigger lock(ll) is hit towards the bottom, the -groove, on the -trigger 5) skips towards the bottom it is locked in by the ribbon spring (10). The ribbon spring (10) located between holder (4) holder bridge (12) and -trigger (5) and inside ribbon casings (13) keeps the trigger (5) ready for usage and presses the trigger lock (11) for preventing unwanted movement of trigger lock (11) on the trigger (5). f) Method of Application Invention : The device is advanced through the tissue to be seamed especially inside deep body regions, in operation regions where the movement with needle and working with visual observation is difficult by direct visualization or by guidipg with thumb. The -tissue to be seamed is located between the tip of needle and the tip of barrel and trigger is completely pressed and released completely. And the device is slowly taken back without touching anywhere by holding only from handle and hence Press-Release-Draw system is realized.
Claims
1. It is a multipurpose seaming tool combining the processes contributing simplicity and speed to the seeming process performed with difficulty by using more than one device in deeper region of the body into a single device and in that the needle (8) penetrates the tissue when the trigger (5) -of the devices is pressed and it exits from the hole on the barrel (3) and hits the large part at the end of barrel lock (2) located across its path. As a result of release of barrel lock (2) from the hole on the winding arm (1), the winding spring releasing this part from the hole on the winding arm (1) hits the winding arm (1) forward.
2. For realizing the process mentioned in Claim 1 above, setting the device up by stretching the domed part behind the winding arm until the barrel lock (2) comes parallel to the barrel (3) (until the projecting part on the barrel lock enters into the hole on the winding arm).
3. Being related to the processes mentioned in claim 1 and 2, the winding arm (1) system activated by contact of specially designed tip of needle (8), body of barrel (7) connecting the same to the body.
4. Handle (4) providing combination of trigger (5), trigger lock 811) and the ribbon spring (10) activating the needle -arm and connecting barrel (3) and needle arm (6) together from backside.
5. For realizing the process in claim 4, locking of trigger lock aiming the protection of tip of needle (8) to the handle (4) by -bitting trigger lock (11) downwards.
6. During realization of claim 5, preventing uncontrolled motion (79 of trigger lock (11) while the trigger lock (11) is hit towards the bottom across the groove on the trigger (5), locking in the casing of ribbon spring (10) fixed on the trigger.
7. During process no. 4, the ribbon -spring provides continuo realization of process and keeps the trigger (5) in continuous utilization position for preventing unwanted of trigger lock (11) on the trigger (5).
