Abstract
A kettle bracket includes a back plate having a lower end forward bent to form a support for supporting the kettle such that the back plate has an L-shaped structure. The back plate has two ribs formed on two opposite sides of a vertical portion of the L-shaped structure. Two curved straps are respectively secured to the back plate to form a receiving space for contained the kettle. The receiving space is tapered relative to the support for user to conveniently insert the kettle into the receiving space and clamping a lower portion of the kettle. The two curved straps are intersected relative to each other.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a kettle bracket, and more particularly to a kettle bracket that has a strengthened structure.
- 2. Description of Related Art
- A conventional kettle bracket in accordance with the prior art shown in
FIG. 6 comprises a holder (40) having a plane portion (41) formed on a back of the holder (40). Two through holes (41) are respectively defined in two opposite ends of the plane portion (41). An ear (43) has two opposite ends respectively integrally connected to two opposite sides of the plane portion (41) of the holder (40) such that a containing space (44) is formed within the ear (43) and the plane portion (41) for receiving the kettle (not shown). A plate (50) is attached to the plane portion (41) and has a lower end forward bent to form a support (52) for supporting the kettle. The plate (50) has two through holes (51) defined therein and respectively communicating with a corresponding one of the two through holes (42) in the plane portion (41) when the plate (50) is attached to the plane portion (41). The plate (50) has two opposite sides forward bent to from two ribs (53) corresponding to the plane portion (41) for strengthening the structure of the plate (50). - However, the holder (40) of the conventional kettle bracket is manufactured by punching machine and made of composite material. As well known, the composite material has grains in a certain direction. The process of punching may destroy the gains of the composite material such that the intensity of the composite material is reduced. In addition, the waste material from the punching machine will raises the manufacturing cost of the conventional kettle bracket.
- The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the disadvantages of the conventional kettle bracket.
- The main objective of the present invention is to provide an improved kettle bracket that has a strengthened structure.
- To achieve the objective, the kettle bracket in accordance with the present invention comprise a back plate having a lower end forward bent to form a support for supporting the kettle such that the back plate has an L-shaped structure.
- Further benefits and advantages of the present invention will become apparent after a careful reading of the detailed description with appropriate reference to the accompanying drawings.
-
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a kettle bracket in accordance with the present invention; -
FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the kettle bracket inFIG. 1 ; -
FIG. 3 is a perspective schematic view of the kettle bracket inFIG. 1 ; -
FIG. 4 is a top cross-sectional view of the kettle bracket inFIG. 4 ; -
FIG. 5 is a top cross-section view of a second embodiment of the kettle bracket in accordance with the present invention; and -
FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a conventional kettle bracket in accordance with the prior art. - Referring to the drawings and initially to
FIGS. 1-3 , a kettle bracket in accordance with the present invention comprises a back plate (20) having two through holes (21) defined therein. The back plate (20) has a lower end forward bent to form a support (22) for supporting the kettle such that the back plate (20) has an L-shaped structure. The back plate (20) has two ribs (23) formed on two opposite sides of a vertical portion of the L-shaped structure. - Two curved straps (10) are made of composite material and respectively secured to the back plate (20) to form a receiving space (11) for contained the kettle. Further with reference to
FIG. 4 , the receiving space (11) is tapered relative to the support (22) for user to conveniently insert the kettle into the receiving space (11) and clamping a lower portion of the kettle. The two curved straps (10) are intersected relative to each other. With reference toFIG. 5 , the cross-section of the receiving space (12) is like a beetle. - The straps (10) of the present invention are integrally formed such that the punching process of the convention kettle bracket is unnecessary to the present invention. As a result, the gains of the composite material of the straps (10) will not be destroyed and there in no waste material is produced when manufacturing the straps (10) of the present invention. Consequently, the intensity of the straps (10) of the present invention is strong and the manufacturing cost of the straps (10) of the present invention is reduced.
- Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
