Description

  • La présente invention concerne un applicateur de produit cosmétique ainsi qu'un ensemble récipient-applicateur comportant un applicateur associé à un récipient contenant un produit cosmétique.
  • Dans la présente demande, on entend par produit cosmétique, un produit tel que défini dans les Directives 93/35/CEE du Conseil du 14 Juin 1993.
  • On connaît des ensembles de ce type dans lesquels l'applicateur fixé sur une partie du récipient est destiné à être mis en contact et déplacé sur la peau d'une personne pour appliquer un produit cosmétique préalablement déposé sur la peau.
  • La demande EP-A2-1 726 233 décrit un récipient dans lequel des reliefs de massage sont montés au niveau de la tête du récipient, le corps de ce récipient servant de poignée d'utilisation des reliefs pour leur déplacement sur la peau d'une personne. Cependant, la prise en main de ce récipient n'est pas ergonomique. De plus, la surface allouée aux reliefs de massage est limitée par la taille de la tête du récipient qui est relativement petite.
  • La demande US-A-2003/0225352 décrit un ensemble du type précité dont l'applicateur est formé par des billes rotatives de massage qui font saillie sur le corps du récipient. Cette solution permet d'augmenter la surface utile de l'applicateur mais diminue d'autant la surface du récipient qui est utilisée pour la présentation d'informations, telles que des conseils d'utilisation, à l'attention de l'utilisateur. De plus, l'applicateur n'est pas dissociable du récipient et ne peut donc pas être facilement nettoyé.
  • L'invention permet de pallier de façon simple, efficace et économique les inconvénients précités de la technique actuelle.
  • Elle propose à cet effet un applicateur de produit cosmétique, notamment sur la peau, destiné à être monté sur le corps d'un récipient contenant le produit à appliquer, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une bande de support, des moyens d'application portés par la bande support, et des moyens de fixation amovible par clipsage de ladite bande support le long d'un axe longitudinal du corps du récipient, de telle sorte que ce récipient forme une poignée d'utilisation de l'applicateur.
  • Dans la présente demande, on entend par applicateur, tout dispositif comportant des « moyens d'application » aptes à étaler une composition, notamment cosmétique, sur des matières kératiniques, telles que la peau ou des fibres kératiniques (cils, cheveux). Un applicateur selon la présente invention est plus particulièrement configuré pour appliquer un produit sur la peau. Les « moyens d'application » selon l'invention peuvent cumulativement être configurés pour permettre le massage et/ou le gommage de la peau.
  • L'applicateur peut être facilement fixé et détaché du corps du récipient, ce qui permet de faciliter son nettoyage après utilisation et de conserver la totalité de la surface extérieure du corps du récipient pour la présentation d'informations à l'attention de l'utilisateur. L'applicateur s'étend le long du corps du récipient et ne gêne pas ou peu la lecture de ces informations. Pour son utilisation, l'applicateur est clipsé sur le corps du récipient, le corps du récipient est saisi par la main d'une personne, qui met en contact l'applicateur avec une partie de son corps, et qui déplace ensuite le récipient dans un plan sensiblement parallèle à l'axe longitudinal du récipient. Le récipient est par exemple un aérosol, un flacon, un tube, un stick, etc. L'applicateur est par exemple réalisé en matériau plastique rigide ou semi-rigide.
  • Selon une caractéristique de l'invention, les moyens de fixation comprennent au moins une patte flexible de fixation sur le corps du récipient. L'emplacement et la configuration de ces moyens de fixation sont déterminés de façon à laisser visibles une majeure partie des informations figurant sur le corps du récipient quand l'applicateur est monté sur le récipient.
  • La ou les pattes de fixation peuvent s'étendre dans des plans sensiblement perpendiculaires à la bande support. Elles peuvent s'étendre d'un même côté de la bande support et être espacées l'une de l'autre le long du corps du récipient. En variante, les pattes de fixation sont sur deux côtés opposés de la bande support.
  • L'applicateur comprend par exemple quatre pattes flexibles de fixation sur le corps du récipient, ces pattes étant formées aux extrémités de la bande support sur les deux côtés de celle-ci.
  • La ou chaque patte flexible a de préférence une étendue angulaire supérieure à 180°.
  • Les moyens d'application, de massage ou de gommage portés par la bande support peuvent comprendre des rouleaux, des billes, des éléments fixes en saillie, une brosse, un élément alvéolaire, un élément abrasif, un peigne, seuls ou en combinaison.
  • La présente invention concerne également un ensemble récipient-applicateur, comprenant un applicateur du type décrit ci-dessus monté par clipsage sur le corps d'un récipient contenant un produit cosmétique, ce récipient servant de poignée pour l'utilisation de l'applicateur.

  • On se réfère d'abord aux figures 1 à 4 qui représentent un premier mode de réalisation d'un ensemble récipient-applicateur 10 selon l'invention, cet ensemble 10 comportant un récipient 12 contenant un produit cosmétique et un applicateur 14 qui est fixé par clipsage le long d'un axe longitudinal du corps 16 du récipient de façon à ce que le récipient forme une poignée d'utilisation de l'applicateur. Cet applicateur 14 peut être utilisé avant le dépôt du produit cosmétique sur la peau d'une personne pour masser ou gommer cette peau, ou après le dépôt du produit cosmétique pour faciliter son application sur la peau.
  • Le corps 16 du récipient a ici une forme cylindrique allongée d'axe longitudinal A, et porte à une extrémité une tête de distribution du produit cosmétique, sur laquelle est monté un capuchon 18 de fermeture et de protection. Par exemple, le récipient 12 est du type aérosol et comprend un sérum anti-cellulite, la tête de distribution comportant une buse de pulvérisation du sérum sur la peau d'une personne.
  • L'applicateur 14, mieux visible en figure 4, comprend une bande 22 portant des doigts de massage 24, 25, cette bande étant reliée à des pattes flexibles 20 de fixation par clipsage sur le corps 16 du récipient 12. Dans la position de clipsage représentée en figure 1, la bande 22 s'étend parallèlement à l'axe A du récipient.
  • Les pattes 20 sont ici au nombre de quatre, la bande 22 étant reliée à chacune de ses extrémités longitudinales à deux pattes 22 qui s'étendent sur deux côtés opposés de la bande.
  • Les pattes 20 situées d'un côté de la bande 22 sont sensiblement identiques l'une de l'autre. Elles sont de plus symétriques de celles situées de l'autre côté de la bande 22 par rapport à un plan médian passant par l'axe A et sensiblement au milieu de la bande. Dans l'exemple représenté, ces pattes 20 s'étendent dans des plans sensiblement perpendiculaires à la bande 22.
  • Les pattes 20 ont une forme arrondie en arc de cercle qui est complémentaire de celle du corps 16 du récipient. Elles sont élastiquement déformables de façon à ce qu'on puisse écarter les extrémités libres des pattes 20 vers l'extérieur, c'est-à-dire du côté opposé au récipient 12. Lorsque l'applicateur 14 est fixé sur le corps 16 du récipient 12, les pattes 20 épousent la forme du corps du récipient, leurs surfaces cylindriques internes étant en appui sur la surface cylindrique externe du corps du récipient. Cette surface cylindrique présente, selon un plan de coupe transversal, une section ronde, ovale, ou comportant au moins une portion arrondie telle qu'un demi-cercle. Chaque patte 20 s'étend autour de l'axe longitudinal A du récipient sur une étendue angulaire supérieure à 90° de façon à ce que les pattes situées de part et d'autre de chaque extrémité longitudinale de la bande 22 s'étendent ensemble sur une étendue angulaire supérieure à 180°.
  • La bande 22 est rigide ou semi-rigide. Elle comporte une surface intérieure 26 qui est destinée à venir en contact avec le corps 16 du récipient 12 lorsque l'applicateur 12 est fixé sur le récipient. Cette surface 26 définit une portion d'un cylindre selon le même axe longitudinal A que le corps 16 du récipient. Le rayon de courbure interne de cette surface 26 est choisi sensiblement égal au rayon de courbure de la surface externe définie par le corps, dans un même plan de coupe.
  • Les doigts de massage 24, 25 sont situés sur la surface extérieure de la bande et s'étendent en direction transversale du côté opposé au récipient 12. Les doigts 24, 25 sont au nombre de trois dans l'exemple représenté : deux doigts 24 respectivement supérieur et inférieur, et un doigt 25 intermédiaire. Les doigts 24, 25 sont espacés les uns des autres et alignés les uns derrière les autres le long de l'axe A.
  • Le doigt 25 est sensiblement en forme de demi-sphère dont le rayon de courbure R1 est compris entre 15 et 25mm, et est par exemple de 20mm environ. Les doigts 24 ont une forme sensiblement cylindrique, leurs extrémités libres formant une demi-sphère de rayon de courbure R2 compris entre 5 et 15mm, et par exemple de 10mm environ. Les doigts 24 convergent l'un vers l'autre du côté opposé au récipient. Ils sont par exemple inclinés d'un angle α compris entre 10 et 15° par rapport à un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe A. Leurs extrémités libres sont espacées l'une de l'autre d'une distance de 50 à 60mm, et par exemple de 53mm environ. Ils ont une longueur comprise entre 2 et 3cm environ. Ils sont plus longs de 5 à 10mm par exemple que le doigt 25, relativement à la bande support 22.
  • Dans l'exemple représenté, l'applicateur 14 est formé d'une seule pièce en matériau plastique rigide ou semi-rigide.
  • L'ensemble récipient-applicateur 10 selon l'invention est utilisé de la façon suivante : l'applicateur 14 est amené à côté du corps 16 du récipient 12 de façon à ce que la bande 22 soit parallèle à l'axe A du récipient et que les extrémités libres des pattes 20 soient situées du côté du corps du récipient. L'applicateur 14 est ensuite déplacé vers le récipient 16 dans une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe A jusqu'à ce que l'applicateur 14 se clipse sur le corps du récipient, comme représenté aux figures 1 et 2. Une personne saisit alors d'une main le corps du récipient comme représenté en figure 1, met les doigts de massage 24, 25 en appui sur une partie de son corps et commence le massage de cette partie du corps en déplaçant le réservoir le long de l'axe A ou dans une direction perpendiculaire à cet axe. Le produit contenu dans le récipient peut être déposé sur cette partie du corps avant ou après son massage. La différence de longueur des doigts 24, 25 permet, lorsque l'on appuie sur la peau, de créer soit un pli de peau (entre les doigts 24) si la peau est très ferme ou si la force d'application est faible, soit deux plis de peau (un pli entre chaque paire de doigts 24 et 25) si la peau est plus molle ou si la force d'application est importante.
  • En position de clipsage, l'applicateur 14 est de préférence déplaçable en coulissement sur le corps du récipient, le long et/ou autour de l'axe A. Ceci permet d'avoir accès à l'ensemble des informations présentes sur le corps du récipient sans avoir à détacher l'applicateur du récipient. Lors de l'utilisation de l'ensemble récipient-applicateur, l'applicateur est immobilisé sur le corps du récipient par la main qui tient le récipient et qui maintient serrées les pattes 20 de l'applicateur sur le corps 16 du récipient.
  • Dans la variante de réalisation représentée aux figures 5 à 7, l'applicateur 114 comprend également une bande 122 et quatre pattes flexibles de fixation 120. La bande 122 diffère de celle de l'ensemble des figures 1 à 4 notamment en ce que ses doigts 124 et 125 ont sensiblement la même longueur en direction transversale par rapport à l'axe A.
  • Les pattes 120 diffèrent des pattes 20 mentionnées plus haut en ce que chaque patte 120 s'étend de manière inclinée par rapport à l'axe A du récipient 112, les pattes 120 situées à l'extrémité supérieure de la bande 122 s'étendant depuis cette bande vers le haut et les pattes 120 situées à l'extrémité inférieure de la bande 122 s'étendant depuis cette bande vers le bas.
  • Dans la variante représentée aux figures 8 à 10, l'applicateur 214 comprend seulement deux pattes flexibles de fixation 220, et une bande 222 sur laquelle des billes 227 sont montées libres en rotation.
  • Les pattes 220 sont situées d'un même côté de la bande 222. Elles s'étendent de manière sensiblement hélicoïdale autour de l'axe A. La bande 222 est reliée à son extrémité supérieure à une première patte 220 qui s'étend vers le haut depuis la bande, et à son extrémité inférieure à une seconde patte 220 qui s'étend vers le bas depuis la bande. Chaque patte 220 a une étendue angulaire autour de l'axe A qui est supérieure à 180°.
  • Les billes 227 sont ici au nombre de trois et sont sensiblement identiques. Chacune de ces billes est enchâssée dans un logement correspondant de la bande 222 et est libre de se déplacer en rotation dans son logement pour pouvoir rouler sur la peau d'une personne lorsque l'ensemble récipient-applicateur 210 est appliqué et déplacé sur cette peau.
  • Dans une autre variante non représentée, l'applicateur comprend une seule patte flexible de fixation sur le corps du récipient. Dans encore une autre variante, l'applicateur comprend des moyens d'application, de massage ou de gommage d'un autre type, tels que par exemple au moins un rouleau, une brosse, un élément alvéolaire, un élément abrasif, un peigne, etc. Ces moyens peuvent être fixés de manière amovible sur la bande de l'applicateur de façon à pouvoir les remplacer, par exemple en cas d'usure.
  • Les figures 11 et 12 représentent un applicateur 314 dont les moyens d'application sont fixés de manière amovible sur la bande 322 par un système à glissière.
  • Les pattes 320 de l'applicateur sont similaires aux pattes 120 des figures 5 à 7.
  • Dans l'exemple représente, les moyens d'application comprennent un bloc 328 de mousse abrasive (du type de celle décrite dans le document EP 1 621 103 ) qui est fixé par exemple par collage sur un organe 329 de fixation à la bande 322. L'organe 329 est ici formé d'une plaquette sensiblement rectangulaire, le bloc 328 étant fixé sur une des faces de cette plaquette qui comporte deux rebords latéraux 331 parallèles s'étendant du côté opposé au bloc 328.
  • La bande 322 comporte deux rainures parallèles 30 dans lesquelles sont destinés à être engagés les rebords latéraux 331 de l'organe 329. Les rainures 330 s'étendent le long de l'axe longitudinal A, sur une majeure partie de la dimension longitudinale de la bande 322. Elles débouchent à leurs extrémités supérieures sur le bord supérieur de la bande et sont reliées entre elles à leurs extrémités opposées par une rainure transversale 332.
  • L'organe 329 est fixé sur la bande 322 en le présentant au-dessus de la bande et en alignant axialement ses rebords latéraux 331 avec les débouchés des rainures 330, puis en déplaçant l'organe vers la bande dans une direction parallèle à l'axe A, jusqu'à ce que les rebords latéraux pénètrent et glissent dans les rainures 330 et viennent en butée à leurs extrémités inférieures sur la paroi latérale inférieure de la rainure transversale 332.

Claims (11)

  1. Applicateur de produit cosmétique, en particulier sur la peau, destiné à être monté sur le corps d'un récipient contenant le produit à appliquer, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une bande (22) de support, des moyens (14) d'application portés par la bande support, et des moyens (20) de fixation amovible par clipsage de ladite bande support le long d'un axe longitudinal du corps (16) du récipient (12), de telle sorte que ce récipient forme une poignée d'utilisation de l'applicateur.
  2. Applicateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une patte flexible (20) de fixation sur le corps (16) du récipient (12).
  3. Applicateur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la ou les pattes de fixation (20) s'étendent dans des plans sensiblement perpendiculaires à la bande support (22).
  4. Applicateur selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les pattes de fixation (220) s'étendent d'un même côté de la bande support (222) et sont espacées l'une de l'autre le long du corps (216) du récipient (212).
  5. Applicateur selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les pattes de fixation (20, 120) sont sur deux côtés opposés de la bande support (22, 122).
  6. Applicateur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend quatre pattes flexibles (20, 120) de fixation sur le corps (16, 116) du récipient (12, 112), ces pattes étant formées aux extrémités de la bande support (22, 122) sur les deux côtés de celle-ci.
  7. Applicateur selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la ou chaque patte flexible (20, 120, 220) a une étendue angulaire supérieure à 180°.
  8. Applicateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (14) portés par la bande support (22) comprennent des rouleaux, et/ou des billes, et/ou des éléments fixes en saillie, et/ou une brosse, et/ou un élément alvéolaire, et/ou un élément abrasif, et/ou un peigne.
  9. Applicateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé en matériau plastique rigide ou semi-rigide.
  10. Applicateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'emplacement et la configuration des moyens de fixation (20) sont déterminés de façon à laisser visibles une majeure partie des indications figurant sur le corps (16) du récipient (12) quand l'applicateur est monté sur le récipient.
  11. Ensemble récipient-applicateur (10), comprenant un applicateur (14) selon l'une des revendications précédentes monté par clipsage sur le corps (16) d'un récipient (12) contenant un produit cosmétique, ce récipient servant de poignée pour l'utilisation de l'applicateur.
