Definitions
- the invention relates to a package for a spiral coiled electrical components - e.g. Resistors - having strap by means of an envelope.
- Known packaging of this type has a spool made of plastic, the is similar to a known film spool for 8 mm narrow films, on which the Components carrying belt is wound in a spiral. The already wrapped The coil is then made of a cover, preferably made of cardboard recorded and brought to the customer in this packaging (brochure "Resistor Products 1997, page 145).
- DE 195 16 591 A1 is a storage container for a plastic strip become known, which consists of a flexible material and for a Processing in sections of different lengths as a protective grille for rear-ventilated Roofs is provided.
- the plastic strip is in the container as a wrap arranged, from which the sections intended for processing are subtracted and be separated.
- the storage container is designed as a portable, flat case and has a transverse slot on at least one of the narrow boundary walls, through the radially outer end section of the plastic strip stepping through the outside.
- the spool To wind the belt, the spool has a star-shaped central opening placed on a winding mandrel and, after threading the beginning of the belt, fully wound. Then an envelope open on two opposite narrow sides is placed over the pushed on the winding mandrel, the bottom side of the shell with a corresponding recess is provided so that this recess the cathedral can embrace. Then the coil picked up by the sheath is removed from the Removed mandrel and by twisting cut parts of the Cover and additionally secured by adhesive tapes against falling out.
- Such Shell usually has a square shape and becomes a rectangular one Cardboard piece by folding and gluing twice at the two free ends produced.
- the user takes the spool out of the packaging and either places them in a shaft or places them with their stem-shaped Central opening to a cathedral. Then the belt end that is led out is e.g. to a PCB placement machine.
- the empty spools can either be reused by the manufacturer of the straps if the bobbins are still OK or the bobbins have to be disposed of if they are damaged. In the event that a coil is only partially processed, the coil must be removed from the shaft or from the The cathedral are removed and the packaging is attached again, which has the same label as the coil. Care must be taken here that no swapping takes place.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, the effort involved in packaging to reduce such belts wound into a spiral.
- This object is achieved according to the invention in a packaging mentioned at the beginning solved in that the coil wound into the spiral directly from the casing recorded and loosely rotatably held in the shell and over a defined Exit opening is led out of the shell.
- Such packaging can completely dispense with a previously required spool.
- the one in a spiral rather, the wound belt is immediately taken up by the cover and loosely held in the envelope so that the end protruding from the exit opening can be pulled out of the casing without noticeable resistance. It turns the spiral because it is loosely stored in the shell.
- An attachment of the Belting in the case is not provided.
- the spiral is rather free to move arranged within the shell. The further the belt is pulled out of the sleeve the smaller the spiral gets.
- the sleeve which is usually made of inexpensive cardboard, on easily disposed of. Disposal of any plastic parts is no longer required.
- the invention is applicable to both Usually used coils of 180 mm in diameter as well as in the larger coils with 330 mm diameter. Both at the manufacturer of the with the Components equipped belts as well as the consumer of these belts results a considerable simplification in handling and packaging. At the manufacturer the belt wound into a spiral no longer needs to be cumbersome on one Plastic spool can be wound up, but rather in a simple manner can be accommodated directly in the wrapping, so that only one packaging part is required.
- the consumer uses the packaged, Spirally wound belts and their packaging either in a shaft or put this packaging on a mandrel, in such a way that the from the Outgoing opening protruding belt start in the usual way to the soldering components, e.g. circuit boards, can be brought.
- the interior of the envelope from an inlet is filled and that the inlet has a circular recess for Includes recording of the spiral wound belt and on a front edge contains a rounded exit opening.
- This design enables that in itself known casings, which are open on two opposite faces are to be provided with such an ticking in a simple manner.
- the Exit opening of the inlet on one of the narrow open end faces of the cover.
- the circular recess of the inlet corresponds approximately to that in its diameter largest diameter of the belt wound into a spiral, the thickness the recess is slightly larger than the width of the belt. This is ensures that the belt can move freely in the recess without the There is a risk of jamming.
- the ticking is made of a rectangular part manufactured, which by simply kinking at the center line and through Folding down to the finished ticking is formed. It has a rectangular shape Part of two circular cutouts connected by a channel are, which forms the said outlet opening in the folded state.
- the ticking can either be loose from the cover recorded and secured against falling out by external adhesive strips or according to a further embodiment by gluing to the inside of the shell be attached.
- Another embodiment of the invention is that the interior of the Cover with circularly arranged guide elements, e.g. Management staffs, is provided which has a circular space for receiving the spiral included wound belt, and that on a narrow, open Front opening of the sheath arranged opening for the belt through two such Guide elements is formed.
- This design can be based on a special ticking dispense. Rather, the circular receiving space for the spiral from the mentioned guide elements formed in a first embodiment of the Invention e.g. formed by bent parts of the shell or in further configuration can be attached as special elements in the shell. I agree As with the ticker described above, such guide elements also effect a stabilization of the shell, since both the ticking and the guide elements prevent the two flat covers from being pressed together.
- the Output opening is very simple in this embodiment formed by two guide elements arranged on one of the open end faces.
- Another embodiment of the invention is that the shell on all four narrow end faces is closed, that one of the closed end faces with the Exit opening for the belt end is provided and that the exit opening has rounded guide parts.
- both an ticking as well as on guide elements to form a circular Recording space for the belt wound into a spiral can be dispensed with.
- the narrow inner sides of the shell form a stop for one Spiral wound belt. So that the belt can be pulled out perfectly is guaranteed, the exit opening must be provided with appropriate curves be so that the belt cannot jam.
- the two opposite cover parts from being pushed in can be used for these cover parts e.g. thicker material can be used.
- Another embodiment of the invention is that in the corners of the shell four support elements are provided, the sides of which face parts of one Are circle and thus also an approximately circular space for receiving the to form a spiral shaped belt. Such, arranged in the corners Elements can also undesirably move the spiral into the corners. Prevent an envelope that is closed on all sides and is described above.
- the sleeve is preferably made of cardboard, since such a material is inexpensive and can be disposed of with little effort.
- the embodiment of the invention can also be made of a plastic, e.g. out an easily recyclable plastic.
- the cover e.g. the cover, as before, can be made of cardboard.
- the sleeve 10 according to FIG. 1 is made of one in the present exemplary embodiment rectangular, one-piece cardboard piece made and at two kinks 11 such kinked that two cover parts 12, 13 are formed, which are e.g. can be connected by gluing.
- the closed envelope 10 has an interior 15 and is open on two opposite end faces 16 educated.
- the cover part 12 contains a larger opening 17 and the cover part 13 a smaller opening 18, the meaning of which is explained below.
- the 2 is an inlay provided with a bore 19 on the cover part 12 20 placed on an end edge 20 'with an outlet opening 21 is.
- the recess 19 serves to loosely accommodate a spiral wound belt 22, which is equipped with resistors 23.
- the strap end 22a is led out of the outlet opening 21 to the outside.
- Packaged Condition is the cover part 13 folded over, and the tabs 14 are below the Cover part 12 glued. To prevent the inlet 20 from falling out the open narrow sides 16 of the envelope are secured by adhesive tapes 24.
- the ticking 20 consists of two square parts 20a, b according to FIG a film hinge 20c are connected to each other. Ready to use are the two parts 20a, b folded over the hinge 20c.
- the sleeve 10 contains circular ones instead of the inlet 20 Guide elements 25 which have a circular space 26 for receiving the Form spiral belt 22. Two arranged on an open face In this exemplary embodiment, guide elements 25a form the exit opening 26 for the strap end 22a.
- the sleeve 10 does not contain an ticking, but in the four corners arranged support elements 27, the sides 27a of which are directed towards the center Are circle and thus also an approximately circular space 28 for receiving the belt spiral 22 form.
- support elements 27 are provided with rounded edges 27b and form the Exit opening 29 for the belt start 22a.
- FIG. 7 shows an envelope closed on all sides 30, one of the narrow end faces 31 being an exit opening 32 for the Has belt end 22a.
- Guide or support elements are provided for the spiral wound belt. Only on the narrow side 31 are rounded guide parts 33 for the exit opening 32.
- FIG. 8 shows a winding arrangement with a winding plate 34 and a rotatable one Winding mandrel 35 for the production of the belt spiral.
- the bore 18 is used to fix the consumer To effect sheath by inserting a guide pin or the like.
