Abstract
Es werden Verfahren zur Untersuchung von mindestens einem deformierbaren Objekt (O) in einer Suspensionsflüssigkeit beschrieben, mit den Schritten: Erzeugung eines elektrischen Positionierungs-Feldes und Positionierung des Objekts (O) in einem Potentialminimum des Positionierungs-Feldes, Erzeugung eines elektrischen Deformations-Feldes, derart, dass eine Deformationskraft auf das Objekt (O) ausgeübt wird, und Detektion von mindestens einer Eigenschaft aus der Gruppe der dielektrischen, geometrischen und optischen Eigenschaften des Objekts (O), wobei das Positionierungs-Feld in einem Kompartiment (12) eines fluidischen Mikrosystems (10) erzeugt wird, und die Positionierung des Objekts (O) in frei suspendiertem Zustand berührungslos erfolgt. Es werden auch Messapparaturen zur Durchführung dieser Verfahren beschrieben.
