HOw in the heck do you actually Throw a ball, a frisbee, let him chew balls, feed and drink water, groom this virtual dog.

I have tried to figure out how this whole app works and haven't figured anything out. I have the gadget on my igoogle homepage and Petra, the lab, just brarks at me. I don't see anywhere where I can or how it is possible to "play ball" for instance or "give her water". any how do info you could give me??
